DEAR READER!

First of all, most welcome to my blog. I’m so glad you’re here! If this is your first time here, please check START HERE section first. Initial drafts of No problem in India began in 2017 to create a place for people interested in everyday and non-commercial life in India. Expat point of view who gives a try to analyze quite hermetic local society of enormous Asian subcontinent. Those of you who are in intercultural relationships, nature and eco lovers will find valuable content for themselves as well. Briefly, Indian reality – full of its contrasts and contradictions but so much teaching us humility and patience. Simple days of bi-cultural family surrounded by nature and less waste slow lifestyle.

WHO AM I?

My name is Renata Cieślak and I live in India since 2013, where I settled down with a bi-cultural family and became a bridge between Eastern and Western culture.

I am a native of Poland. I spent my childhood in Lodz, graduated from technical university and started a professional career over there. I am a marketing professional by education and a full time mother – by current occupation.

I am mostly like you! A woman, a daughter, a wife, a sister, a mother, a friend – I am a lot like you! I am one of you. This space of mine is where I share stories of life, love and happy expat motherhood, trying to find a balance between two cultures and two different continents.

“I LIKE THE EVENING IN INDIA, THE ONE MAGIC MOMENT WHEN THE SUN BALANCES ON THE RIM OF THE WORLD, AND THE HUSH DESCENDS, AND TEN THOUSAND CIVIL SERVANTS DRIFT HOMEWARD ON A RIVER OF BICYCLES, BROODING ON THE LORD KRISHNA AND THE COST OF LIVING.” – ENGLISH JOURNALIST – JAMES CAMERON
